This is well suited to some interval training and steadier paced runs when your legs feel good. Specially shaped lugs will help you change direction suddenly and navigate corners with more ease. Saucony has redesigned the landing area on the lateral side to create smoother landings and make slower to steadier paced running feel more comfortable in the Kinvara 12.
