Underfoot Feel
The full length ZoomX foam midsole offers fantastic protection and energy return. However, with a lower stack height than other Nike models, the shoe remains incredibly light. A small midfoot shank also adds some stability to the midsole without compromising the nimble feel of the shoe.
The outsole is engineered with grippy rubber which is positioned in key heel and forefoot areas. The positioning mirrors the common foot strike pattern of runners.
Upper Fit
To reduce weight the knitted upper is ultra thin but provides targeted support. The partially integrated tongue secures the foot and is also notched. This helps relieve pressure across the top of the foot.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
