Nike’s Air Zoom Pegasus 38 delivers a highly cushioned feel for runners that makes it so popular, with a React Foam midsole offering a lightweight, springy and durable midsole without the bulk. React foam has been developed by Nike to feel soft on slow runs and responsive when you pick up the pace, making this a great versatile shoe that feels good for all types of running. The cushioning has been specifically tuned to 15 PSI for the female model, for an optimal underfoot feel. A large Air Zoom unit in the forefoot sits close to the foot for exceptional bounce and responsiveness in your step. Running fast feels easier in this dynamic shoe.

The newest version features a wider forefoot, with plenty of room for toes to splay and allows for foot swell on longer runs. Webbing around the midfoot allows you to adjust the fit to make it more snug if required. The tongue now features extra padding to protect the top of the foot and enhance comfort. Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
